  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    • You may cancel your membership at any time without incurring any additional charges.
    • If you choose to cancel within the first 30 days of your membership, you will be eligible for a full refund of the membership fee.
    • After the initial 30 days, no refunds will be provided for the current billing period, and your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Refund requests must include your name, contact information, and the reason for the cancellation.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the refund request.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Laboratory charges for tests sent out from the office (e.g., pap, throat culture, skin biopsy) are non-refundable.
    • In-house dispensed medications are non-refundable.
  4. Membership Fee Adjustments:
    • Membership fees are subject to change, and you will be notified in advance of any adjustments.
    • Adjustments to membership fees will be applicable for the subsequent billing cycle.
  5. Insurance Reimbursement:
    • Kenam Healthcare does not submit claims to any insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
    • Members are responsible for any co-pay or deductible payment when seeking services outside of Kenam Healthcare.

    • If you have concerns or disputes regarding your membership or charges, please contact us to resolve the issue promptly.
